   Hi, I am a huge fan of Jill Scott. She is a strong black woman who is comfortable in her voluptuous skin. I was so excited about her line of bras, the Butterfly Collection. I was sorry to see that the sizes do not extend to 46DD, which are the size my girls are. If there is an opportunity to expand the size of the bra, please do so for us extra-voluptuous women out there.

    Hello Ms. Scott, I simply would like to say that I had the opportunity last year to see you perform at the new theater in downtown Newark. Your sound is so pure & unique. You are the best female singer of ALL time. I’m happy for you & the little bundle of joy that has entered into your life. You will enjoy every moment of it. A couple of weeks a go I was reading a jet magazine & you briefly mentioned that sometime in the near future you were going to be working on a project on lullaby’s.     Dear Ms. Scott,
    While I appreciate the strength & beauty of your voice, I haven’t exactly been a huge fan of your music…your “style” just isn’t my style.

    I am writing to tell you how very much I absolutely LOVED “The No. 1 Ladies’ Detective Agency.” I was amazed at your acting talent and the strength, dignity, respect, intelligence, beauty, compassion, spirituality, endurance and God-given intuition which you so eloquently presented in your character role…all that a black woman should be…African, American, or elsewhere abroad. You TRULY excelled as an actress and proven yet another amazing talented side of youself. As for the rest of the cast, I just loved them all and believe that each of them could not have been better selected for the characters they too portrayed. The chemistry between everyone in every episode was definitely magically natural.

    A HUGE THANK YOU to you and all of the other actors and actresses, producers, etc. for bringing that little bit of African culture into my living room for those too short 7 weeks. How disappointed I was that the season ended! I certainly hope there will be more, much more, coming in the near future. The heck of it is…I’m really not one for watching much TV, but I never missed a single episode and I recorded them all and have watched them all more than once!

    You ARE a TRULY amazing, multitalented ARTIST!

    Ms. Scott thanks for the remarks om CNN Friday. The Black man has stop accepting the Black woman, reason being they are bossy, high learning need no one, independent and conceited, but these may be true, but they must realize we are their greatest supporter. The mind set of people are very overwhelming and slave mentality. The behind the coin look is the slave mentality has been transferred to the white female and the black man can control and use any way they want, but not with a “sista”. This one or may be many reasons why they choose white females over black females. They can rule them with a wrought iron., where with a “sista” they can’t. Take a step back and look at history when slavery was in force, we were rule and rape because of a fear tacts and we were programmed to believe such, but when we awaken, we told ourselves no more fear unless, it is the fear of God. Which brings understanding and knowledge to our spirit. No one will make me feel inferior again. We are strong black women, but when we are with a black man who want to travel a road of success we will support him and respect his opinion and he will listen to our opinion as well. If they have an ear to listen. Being a black woman and married for 47 years to the same man, lessons are learned on how to support your man and support him in what he has been chosen. Today’s society of people are only looking for satisfying their own selfish desires and not willing to compromise and support their man. Walking to other side of the track is not always good. It can be devastating or heart breaking. Black women wake up and take your rightful place in society as we once were “strong, courageous, independent, wonderfully created by a Holy God, full of wisdom, know how to survive, and pray. Live each day with a hope that our black men will come and see who the greatest supporter they can have is a “Black Woman”. Black women be real and Black men be real and stop being macho pimps.

    I live in Dallas and attended your concert last night at the AAC.. You sounded and looked beatiful!! I knew every song except for the two new ones.     Its fascinating to know that Jill is also into music. I had to search out her bio after her performance in the Tyler’s movie, Why did I get married. I have watched the sequel and am impressed. Am so happy for you. I just can’t stop recalling Sheila. Well done.
