   i MAY NEVER GET TO SEE YOU ..Jill without having to pay the price for a plane ticket ..you are not coming anywhere remotely close to where I am.. but I won’t give up hope, I’ll just continue listening to your cd’s and watching the vidoes, and any televised concert that I can.one day you will come close and I’ll be waiting for you..I love you Jill ..keep on keepin on..

   Hi Jill, took my husband to see u at universal amphitheater n I expected u to be good, but baby, u stepped on stage and tore it up with a love and skill and carriage I have not seen since I was a teenager in Montgomery,Alabama. U exude charisma, poise, intelligence and ur sweet. U make me proud to call u my other daughter. Uhmhuh, that’s right, love u much and your ample like me and my baby girl, Dionne, 18, She always telling me i’m old, I hope she lives to be 59 and as well loved by God as I am. Your music gives me great joy. Oh, my husband loves u too, don’t think u just a female singer.Git em girl!

   I’m a HUGE fan, and I will always be, but I have noticed that since you dropped the “Real Thing”, you have not made ANY dates to tour Canada. I enjoyed your show when you came to Toronto back in 2005…had a great time and it was THE best show that I have been too… I would like to experience that again, and I know a WHOLE lotta peeps that are looking forward to seeing you again.

   Only You, Jill Only you can sell out a show. Did you notice that your show at the Hampton Jazz Festival was the only show sold out this weekkend?

   I just wanted to say, it was hot in the place, but you still did your thing as usual.

   You did not smile much last night. Maybe beacuse it was too hot or maybe you were upset or people were in your business, but please contiune to smile.

    I just saw Jill in Charlotte Nc… she nothing short of amazing…BEST CONCERT I”VE BEEN TO! She can really SANG! not like those children you hear on the radio everyday! She looked as beautiful as she sounded! The concert was well worth the price of the ticket!! I just saw here and already want to go see her again!! If you haven’t got your tickets you need to get your ticket TODAY!!

    Jill that butterfly bra do you think that you will bringing that cup size up anytime soon.. I and my Mom was talking about looking for an better bra . The bras I purchase now I have to drive to Detroit to purchase and they do not last longer then 3 months at and time . I also have to wash them out by hand .. somewhere like G.H.I .J .K .     I am looking forward in seeing Jill tonight. She is my favorite artist, not only for the music. She reflects an image of a strong black woman and we need more females like this.     I would start off by saying that you were one of my favorite artists. Me and my wife along with four other relatives traveled from Chicago and Missouri to watch you do your thing. It was a huge disappointment. We enjoy several concerts a year. Along with attending all three nights of the Hampton Jazz Festival. After waiting all night to see, your performance was the worst. You are soulful and your performance did not in any way indicate that. I did not come to Hampton for a Jill Scott Rock Concert.

    Hello Jill,

    I’ve never contacted an artist before, so you are my first. I know the song “You got me” with Roots is old, but every time I hear it, it takes me back.

    Your voice takes me back to the days before we were slaves, when we were called after our true tongue, Hebrews. We, chosen and blessed to posses gifts from God’s deep reservoirs, were designed to praise Him. We made joyful noises of jubilation from within our soul that echoed angelic edification of our Father in Heaven. Determined to show the world how to serve and glorify Him without limitation. Everytime I hear that song, my spirit is taken back to what pure praise unto our Creator was like.
    Your voice/gifts are truly an amazing blessing. Thank you for sharing it with us. You are one of the very few artist that I am a fan. Every time I hear your artistry, I’m inspired.

    P.S. If your ever inspired to make a gospel song/album, I’ll be first on line. Sorry I missed you in Houston.

    jill i saw you at the essence festival and all i got to say is that you made god jump for joy when you did the ending of your show with that performance of and i heard, that is one powerful song that you wrote.it had me in tears

    When my sister Kira got married in October, our father walked her down the isle to a guitar and flute duo of “He Loves Me.” It was beautiful, she was stunning in the dress our mother made for her. She was the biggest Jill Scott fan I know. I lost count of how many live Jill concerts she’d been to… already one this year.

    We will go see Jill at the Borgata on August 3rd, my oldest sister, Kira’s husband and I, missing her immensely as we’ve been since losing her in May, two days after she gave birth to her daughter. My beautiful sister with the gorgeous smile, the one that introduced us all to Jill Scott, will be with us in spirit.

    I picture her swaying, crying and singing along with Jill just as she did at the Sugar Water Festival, an experience I’m so glad we got to share, like so many other lovely memories I will forever carry.

    So when the lights go down in Atlantic City and Ms. Scott begins to sing, know there is an angel among us.
