   Congrats Jill! I loved the song with you and Lupe. Well deserved! I am so happy that you were recongized for your exceptional talent.

   I just saw you in Oakland and your show was FABULOUS!!! Your voice, your band, your lighting, everything was perfect. I swear you get better each time (I didn’t even think it was possible :-] )! Looking forward to seeing you in The No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency movie. Love ya!

   Hey Jill, Congrats on the Grammy and your performance in “Why did I get married?”

   So pissed though, that you are sold out in Houston, TX. My friends and I were so looking foward to it. Tickets sold out quickly, Please make sure next time you stay more than one night in H-town or at least book at the Reliant Stadium or Toyota Center were there is more seating.

   Wowwww. What more can I say? I’m not surprised. I am such a Jill Scott fan. I heard your song “My Love” on the radio driving to work. I had to have it, so the same day on my lunch break, I went to buy it. I bought the Delux CD that includes the bonus DVD. I must say that my favorite song ever was “Long Walk”. One New Years Eve party, I did that song to Karioki and ended up getting h a standing ovation. Now, I have “Who is Jill Scott? and “Humanly Beautiful” and I couldn’t imagine anything better than those. But Honnnnnay……..
   this one blows me away. I mean every track on this CD is awesome! (Just like the others). Jill, girl you speak on some real issues, how we are left feeling in certain situations, etc. Your soul is admiring, and I give mad props to you. You are out of this world. You out-do yourself girl. I love your style, so “grown folk”. Love it. Keep it coming. I am going to go out and purchase the others, because I can only imagine how awsome they are. I have yet to see you live in concert. You are performing live out her tomorrow with Raheem Davaugn. I hope that soon you will have a live concert in DVD. Keep up all of the hard work you’ve been doing over the years. You desearve every grammy you’ve received plus more. Sucess to you always. Congradulations

    Jill,
    I had the pleasure of seeing you at the Orpheum in Boston in mid-March. You are a most talented singer and performer. You have an amazing way of totally capturing your audience and even more–your fans and faithful followers. Not only do you have a beautiful and powerful voice but you are a beautiful soul. As a woman of color, I very much appreciate seeing other women of color as such positive role models. I also admire the positive body image you seem to have and promote. Hopefully one day we will cross paths because it is good to have great people in our lives. All the best to you and in your future endeavors.
