I love the performance very much. I watched the awards just to see her perform and of course I was blown away by the performance. I recorded it just so that I can watch it over and over. See you this weekend at the Hampton Jazz Festival this weekend. Love you JILL!!

Jill did a fabulous job at the BET Awards–She was the highlight of the show. I will say that I would love to see Jill ‘bring it” to TV as she brings it to all her concerts. Her eclectic sound is her signature. Sometimes I feel she holds back a pinch when she is perfoming at the Award shows. Bascially bring the full Jill Scott Experience to the award show/TV.

I could NOT wait until it was Jill’s turn to sing! Every single time she sings, my heart is open wide, so that I can feel her spirit…whether it’s happy or sad! I love to see her perform because she has so much grace and poise…..she’s very deep and I totally understand her words. Thank you Jill for bringing the real thing!!!

I was so happy to see Jill Scott deliver yet another beautiful and heartfelt performance. She did a wonderful job and can’t wait to hear and see what’s next for this “Beautifully Human” artist.
As always, Ms. Jill was sheer perfection. She looked amazing and her performance was one of sheer………………….perfection. Her voice is sent from the heavens and her beauty astounds me. I have never had any gripe with any performance that I’ve evr seen of hers and I’m not starting now. Wonderful!

Jill did an AWESOME job at tha BET awards last night….. Jill performance was bout tha best performance of tha night, to be honest…… Her vocals was off tha chain as usual and Al Green was very interesting during her performance……

i think the only artist that did justice to the al tribute was maxwell. even al had trouble and sounded off key to his own songs.
i still like jill as an artist, but her Al Green tribute was a bit mediocre compared to other JS performances

Ever since seeing Jill live during The Real Thing tour, I have anticipated every performance she gives. I actually didn’t even know she was going to be featured, but what a pleasant surprise it was for me and all others.
Jill’s ensemble and the newly styled hairdo looked wonderful, especially with the coordinating background scenery. And Jill…”I’m Still In Love You”

Jill can make any song her own. Nobody does it better. It was phenomenal as Jill always is.
She was absolutely amasing, I really dont know how she does it as she makes it look so easy on stage. I have been a fan from her first album. I am seeing her tomorrow in Brixton London, she is the best that has done it in her Genre.;
Just saw the re run today and caught her on the tube.. BLOWN away.. she looked breath taking rockin’ the stage and (even though this is redundant) sounded amazing.. Her rendition of Al’s song was on point. Expect nothin’ lesser.
Not suprised how good this was. She’s always been bad like I said; I swear I’ve been in every story and situation she is singing about on every cut. I FEEL her for real. Badder then anything I hear out here today, and the beats… true to the real funk, hip-hop & soul of our time & past generation. The girl is bad!! Need I say more?

I loved the performace. I wish I could find a recording for it. I thought it was sweet and smooth and all Jill’s music is.
