We at Hidden Beach Recordings would just like to say Happy Valentine’s Day to all the fans…
Im praying to God that somebody that is affiliated to Jill Scott will either ask her to read this or inform her, { oh My GOD, im crying while typing this} I just came from jills concert,uplifting,ecouraging, etc…. in aneheim.My sister whom i love dearly, on Christmas surprised me with tickets to see The beautiful Jill Scott in concert, My daughter who is an excellent singer, along with my brother and other sister was saying to me “I cant wait until you get your Christmas present.” and they kept saying it, and im thinking well Dang is it car keys! {LOL} Never in my right mind would I have thought it was tickets to see Jill. My sister wrapped it up like a diploma with a picture of Jill and it said you are cordially invited to spend of evening with jill scott along with dinner. Immediately I cried and said, “Im really going?” and my sister said, “YES!” i ran threw out her house in tears and she started to cry too. Jill every thing you sing about is my thoughts, my memories, my heartbreaks, my happiness, Im just not a writer so i didnt think I could ever put them on paper. I sing in church, im one of the main leaders but i dont write, but because of you i feel i can write a song now. This may sound crazy, but i bought your video in Paris and 3 of your shirts when i was in aneheim for me and my girls. I played your video and i started to cry when you sung that song I need you because its so true.. My husband left me when i was pregnant with our 2nd daughter and even if we couldnt be together i just wanted him to know we still needed him, but he couldnt see that, and i sometime get jealous and i apologize cause i want to know why people like you and do they really know why they should like you and respect you.. I KNOW WHY.. God sent you into my life, your my music when i need uplifting and a self esteem uplifter, and its threw God that you are cause he is the creator of ALL he just isnt the Father of ALL cause once you except him as Your Father you have excepted the gift of life knowing that threw him comes your salvation that cant be taken away, and I see that in you… Thank You God for Creating you, cause you have helped me threw times where I thought it was too much to handle. God is so Good.. Thank you Jill for your Art… its a peace to the mind. Love, Valarie Hurd, from fresno california. I was happy to see Jill with her new man. I wish her much happiness. As for the show last night,

The Show in L.A. was beyond words. Jill, you are so amazing. You helped make me & my wife’s Valenetine’s one of the best ever!!! We’ll definitely be looking out for you when you come back.
Jill Scott is so talented and beautiful. The way she recite poetry in her music is very uplifting and mind freeing. Jill Scott has a very astounding gift also. To me, Jill Scott has been blessed with a gift to see inside others, and her music can relate to all my troubles and insecurities. Jill’s music often times make me happy.
Concert in Richmond brought tears to my eyes….a heart felt performance I would pay to see over and over again. All night, I really just wanted to hear one song that always seem to hit me hard. The show went on and she said goodnight, and then…she reappeared. There was still hope. She let keyboard go on…and although the instrumentals in the live performances are different than the actual album, I knew it was my song. He loves me. Thank you Jill….respect
