Clarity on iTunes “Clean” Version
Many fans have been wondering about the version on iTunes. Although the version says “Clean”, there is no difference between the songs to download on iTunes and the physical CD. This was a systematic mistake and there is no explicit or clean version of Jill Scott’s new album. There is only one version which is available.
So whether you download the album on iTunes or buy the CD at your local Target or Walmart, there is no difference.
We apologize about the confusion and the “Clean” label on iTunes should be removed shortly by Apple.
Thank you and we hope you tell 5 more friends and family to purchase the album and help Jill Scott go #1 in the first week.

Just picked up the CD…..Love it, love it, love it…..Hate on me is the jam….I see why you didn’t want Tom Joyner to play Crown Royal…I feel you girl. Thanks for some REAL music. Looking forward to the movie.
I love this CD. I love all of your CD’s. Thanks for the REAL MUSIC with REAL LYRICS. I’ve been playing the Real Thing all day, and I’m really sad that the Live Show on VH1 was removed. Please put all the performances back on. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing you at the Sugar Water Festival in Auburn Hills, MI, and at Chene Park this past summer. I’ve been waiting for the Real Thing. It has truly been worth the wait, and thanks for cuts #1, 3, 9, and 11.
Thanks,
One of your many #1 Fans,
Sonia89
P.S. I would like to sing background…one of my dreams…wink.
Thanks for clarifing. You probably should know that itunes support is not giving your response. The reply I received was “Thank you for your feedback.”.
