   She gets 5 stars from me! I am loving this cd, it hasn’t left my cd player since I purchased it. I am especially loving Epiphany and Let it Be and lets not leave out Hate on Me. Jill Scott is truly the Real Thing!

   I am very floored, as I usually am with any of her work. Words cannot even do justice to the pure essence of such a devine soul in music. The fans will be more than pleased. Perfection is always worth the wait. I love you Jill.

   This is such a wonderful album!!!! Jill Scott never ceases to amaze me…she expresses the thoughts that all women have in a creative and beautiful way. Please don’t bootleg this art!!!! It’s well worth the purchase price. Jill Scott is the best artist out right now hands down!!!! Can’t wait to see her live here in the QC.

   I have always loved Jill Scott and I can”t stop playng this cd especially Come see me, Whenever you’re around and Wanna be loved. Jill Scott is the best singer out here in my book and she puts on a great show look forward to seeing her in Charlotte North Carolina.

   Still the only woman that has made me cry in concert. I flew to London to see her in the Big Beautiful Tour, she is also graffitied on my wall, and well…this CD will probabaly be on my ipod, 24/7. Off the record, I’m her #1 fan.

   Jill Scott is today’s ARETHA! My honest opinion regarding Jill Scott’s latest hit bound soul classic. After hearing this sexy, adult CD, I believe that the “S” in Scott stands for SEXY! Just as Jill says on the CD, “I want to be overwhelmed!” I am overwhelmed by this MONSTER CD. Hallelujah! This one is truly right on the money. NO HYPE! Great production values from start to finish. Oustanding lyrics and awesome musicianship. She lets us hear the horns, keyboards, guitar strings and drums! The oooohs and ahhhhhhhhhs. Vocally she currently has no rival in terms of emotional delivery. Lots of depth is present in her voice. I love an original. Jill is simply without question an original. “Crown Royal” on ice y’all. Through hell or high water, I will be in attendance for all her Atlanta concert appearances soon to be announced. Jill Scott “live” is the only thing better than her recordings! The lyrics! The music! The creativity just manifests itself and keeps flowing and flowing. Yeah, I am overwhelmed. Just floored by this much anticipated work of art. A Thousand stars! A million stars! Heck, all the stars in the universe is my rating for this one. Get it, got it, pass it on.

    I love Jill Scott’s music and she’s as “Real” in the flesh as she comes across in her music. I got the CD last week and it has been in constant rotation every since. I’m looking forward to listening to her continued journey through life. A true artist continually evolving…. She has to do a show in Philly b4 she goes to overseas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I absolutely love this CD! My favorites are “Come See Me” and “Crown Royal”. Thank you for making me proud to be a Big Beautiful Woman. Your work has inspired me so much. You are an Inspiration. I have a wonderful husband and little girl and I want her to be a proud woman just like her Mommy and Jill Scott. My husband thinks you are the sexiest woman on this planet other than me. We love you!!!

    That “Crown Royal” makes me wanna speak in tongues. Where you there? Only supposed to be me, my husband and Jesus.
    Your Essence interview said you would like to observe people while they were unaware (not sexually). Are you sure you weren’t there?

    You have gone to another level.
    Love and heartbreak will do it everytime. I too demand “Passion & Desire”. That’s the only way to go, baby.

    Women that are “The Real Thing” recognize and appreciate – THE REAL THING. That’s you…all day.

    Madam Jill Scott,

    From the first album, through the “intermission” albums, and even now, on the third album, YOU HAVE BLESSED MY LIFE. I’ve watched you grow, and become more, and more connected to what is deemed as your TRUTH. Your music, uncompromising, raw, real, and dammit, it is UNCUT! (”I’m lonely whenever you’re around?” I mean come on yall, how deep is that?) lmao!

    Words can not express the insurmountable times you’ve come to Chicago, and a sistah was toooo broke to buy a ticket, yet, the minute your albums dropped, I was all in Target on a Tuesday, like, “Can I get that $9.99 Jill Scott, please? Thank You very much” Truly, I thank God for YOUR life, as it reflects so beautifully in your work. You inspire me to acheive higher, as a person, a woman, a poet, and indeed an ARTIST. At one point, I wanted to give up on everything I knew which is words and MUSIC. Allowing the adversary to tell me, “You will never be who you THINK you will be.” I’ve written song, after song, after song, and never was I able to record, or even remotely go to the hood studios to do my “thang.” I gave up, unwillingly, yet, willingly. When I heard your recent album, and listened to how wonderfully crafted your voice, and words were, at that moment, it seemed like God himself gave me a revelation to be who I be. Yes, I am a “Beautiful Dreamer” because of you. You gave me hope, and with all that I am, I THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU and a hundred times more… I THANK YOU! You are indeed beautiful, and there could never be a price on your worth. You have changed my life, as your life, is a reflection of mine. I am sorry, if I am rambling, but I can’t contain my tears, nor my words. You deserve all of the joy, peace, and love that God has given you, and I can only pray, that He loves me that much, that he will allow me to complete my mission, and maybe, just maybe, one day, you can nod your head to my music, as it is because of you, I have HOPE again. If these words never fall upon your eyes, May God Bless Ms. Jill… and Congratulations… by the way … I’ve worn your current album the HELL OUT! … With that Ms. Jill … KEEP IT PEACE!

    your music and your acting are so refreshing. It is a great feeling to know that you are able to do what you enjoy and still be true to self. I want you to know that your being true, causes others to be true to themselves. You have reminded me that even the lowest moments in our lives can be our most cleansing ones. God has a way of always working that out. Even when we cry the deepest cries from our heart He is cleansing our Souls in the process. When I hear your music these are the thoughts that come to mind. Thank you for being, for caring, for including and giving us a part of you that makes this world a little brighter. May God continue to bless you and strengthen you.

    It feels so good to read comments about this cd that i have told to others. the music the (horns on the real thing, very Horny Hornsesque). jill shows that she is compassionate about this project,her fans, the music,the LYRICS, and her bandmates.this is my first jill scott cd, but not the last. her vocals are so unpredictable and beautiful and professional. you make everybody love you. iforgive me for being reggiecomelately, but i got it now. i can`t stop playing the cd. album of the year.
